Where Gymnastics & Ninja Are Fun!
At Vernon Gymnastix and Ninja Fitness Academy, we offer a wide range of programs for all ages and skill levels, including our preschool gymnastics programs and our after-school gymnastics classes. Or you can join our Ninja programs that include ninja/parkour classes for ages 4 to 9 years. Our programs include classes, camps, school programs, and facility rentals. You can even celebrate your child’s birthday party here!
We focus on providing a positive environment where kids can not only develop their gymnastics skills, but also thrive in all areas of their development – physical, emotional and social.
Gymnastics and ninja/parkour are proven winners in the development of strong healthy bodies, growing the foundation kids need for a healthy life… and we make sure it’s fun too!
Our instruction is provided by fully certified GymBC Instructors, and we continuously work with our coaches to ensure the highest level of instructional quality for our students in all our gymnastics & ninja/parkour programs.
Vernon Gymnastix Classes
Toddler & Preschool-Age Classes
Our Toddler and Preschool program focuses on developing the whole child in a safe, fun and stimulating structured environment! The program is designed to introduce children to basic gymnastics skills, encourage developmental milestones, and utilize imagination and fun when learning.
School-Age Classes
Our classes for school-aged children are offered for all skill levels, both boys and girls. We focus on building gymnastics skills as well as confidence for all participants in a FUN and safe environment!
Ninja Classes
Our Ninja Classes are available for kids aged 5-9 years. Our classes allow participants to learn and practice these popular forms of movement in a safe environment. Students will develop strength, physical literacy and confidence through the use of Parkour and Ninja movements/skills.
Teen Classes
Our teen classes are designed for teens looking to improve their gymnastics and ninja skills in a supportive and fun environment!
Birthday Parties, School Programs & Facility Rentals
FUNtastic Birthday Parties
Join us with your guests for a party to remember at one of Vernon’s coolest kids birthday party places! Celebrate in our bright party area, play birthday party games and enjoy activities into our gym facility. No gymnastics experience necessary!
Vernon Gymnastix School Programs
Let our fully certified GymBC certified instructors come instruct in your school, providing access to more classes and take advantage of the savings with no busing costs. We bring our professional equipment to you! Currently accepting bookings for 2025-2026!
